Ordering

Orders can only be placed online using our secured checkout process.  To reduce fraudulent transactions, we are only able to ship orders to the billing address used to complete the transaction.

Orders placed before 1 PM PST (US Pacific Time) using guaranteed shipping methods will be processed same-day.

APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
 

We now ship FREE to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary and are not guaranteed by USPS.  At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Supermuse complies with specific shipping restrictions determined by international trading regulation, as well as those contractually set by our venders.

Domestic Returns Policy

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from date order was placed.
  • Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.
  • Footwear must include the orginal shoebox, in its orginal condition, without postage labels.
  • Intimates and Swim Apparel are FINAL SALE.
  • Jewelery Items are FINAL SALE.
  • Markdown Items are FINAL SALE.
  • Final Sale items can not be returned or exchanged.

 

Return Instructions

All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.  Please follow the below instructions to help expedite the returns process.

  1. Place eligible item(s) in original shipping packaging (if possible).
  2. Clearly write original order # on outside of package.
  3. Mail package(s) to: Returns Department: 1048 Santee St. #600 - Los Angeles, CA 90015
  • Credits will be processed to the orginal payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 2 business days of arriving out our facility.
  • Credits posting to your account are dependent upon the issuing institution.  In extreme cases, credits can take up to 2 weeks to post to your account.

Exchanges (Domestic Only)

All returns are eligible for an exchange with free ground shipping! Just follow the steps provided:

  1. Place a new order for the item(s) you want.  Make sure to select "Ground" as the shipping method.
  2. Email our Customer Care Department, HELP@SUPERMUSE.COM , with the following information:
    • Original Order #
    • Item(s) Being Returned
    • New Order #
  3. Our Customer Care team will email you a confirmation of the refunded shipping amount and your tracking #.
  4. Returned items will follow our standard return policy (listed on this page).
